meet the following criteria:
- 10+ Successful Strykes: Receive at
least 10 payments from supporters.
- Complete Profile: Add a bio, profile
picture, and valid bank details.
- Active Content: Have at least 1
Goal or Inventory Item listed.
- Social Proof: Link at least one
active social media account during application.

Payments & Payouts
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed instantly via our split payment system. When a
supporter pays, the money (minus fees) is sent directly to your linked Nigerian bank account.
You receive the funds within 24 hours (Next Business Day Settlement).
What are the fees?
Stryke is free to join. We charge a flat 6.5% platform fee
on successful transactions. This includes payment processing costs. There are no monthly
subscription or hidden fees.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No! Because we split payments instantly, there is no "minimum withdrawal."
However, individual transactions must be at least ₦100 to be processed by the banking system.
Do you support international payments?
Yes! Supporters can pay using international cards (Visa/Mastercard) or Apple
Pay. The funds will be converted and settled into your Nigerian bank account in Naira.
Account Management
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can edit your username in the Dashboard settings. Warning: Changing your username will break your old
profile links and QR codes. Make sure to update your bio links on social media immediately after
changing it.
Can I update my bank details?
For security reasons, bank details are locked after initial setup. If you
need to change your payout account, please contact support with proof of identity.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account from the Dashboard.
Go to "Profile & Settings" -> Scroll to the bottom -> "Danger Zone". This action is
irreversible.
I forgot my password.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address,
and we will send you a link to reset it.

What is a "Stryke"?
A "Stryke" is a direct payment for content, digital items, or services. It
allows creators to monetize their work and receive value from their audience.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes! Use the "Inventory" feature to list items (like e-books, art, or access
to files). Supporters can pay the specific price to "buy" the item. You are currently
responsible for delivering the file (e.g., via email automation).
How do Goals work?
Goals allow you to fundraise for specific targets (e.g., "New Camera -
₦500,000"). A progress bar appears on your profile to encourage supporters to help you reach
100%.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No limits! You can earn as much as your community is willing to support you.

Verification & Safety
How do I get verified?
Go to your Dashboard -> Profile -> Verification. You need to meet the
requirements (10 Strykes, bio, active content) before applying. Verified users get a blue
checkmark.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. We use Paystack, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. We do
not store card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted.
Can I be anonymous?
As a supporter? Yes. You can check the "Keep me anonymous" box when paying.
As a creator? You can use a pseudonym for your Display Name, but you must provide legal bank
details for payouts (which are kept private).
