Welcome to Stryke. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stryke platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stryke. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Fees

Stryke acts as an intermediary platform for creators to receive support.

• Platform Fee: Stryke charges a flat 6.5% platform fee on all successful transactions. This fee covers payment processing costs (via Paystack) and platform maintenance.
• Payouts: Funds are settled directly to your connected Nigerian bank account via our payment partner, Paystack. Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours (T+1 settlement).
• Disputes: Stryke is not responsible for refunds. All transactions are between the supporter and the creator. However, we reserve the right to ban users involved in fraudulent activity.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Prohibited activities include:

• Money laundering or financing terrorism.
• Selling illegal goods or services.
• Posting content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Impersonating others or providing false information.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Stryke. However, by posting content, you grant Stryke a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute said content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stryke, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
