Refund & Dispute Policy

At Stryke, we facilitate direct support between creators and their audience. This policy outlines how refunds and disputes are handled.

1. Service Nature

Stryke Digital Solutions operates as a platform for digital contributions and asset sales. Payments are split instantly between the creator and the platform. Because these are digital services/contributions, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Direct Strykes: These are voluntary contributions to creators and are non-refundable.
  • Inventory Items: If a digital item is technically defective, supporters must contact stryke.hq@gmail.com within 48 hours.
  • Platform Error: In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a technical glitch on our end, a full refund will be issued via Paystack.

3. Dispute Resolution

Supporters are encouraged to resolve issues directly with creators. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may email us. We act as a neutral mediator but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds once they have been settled to the creator's bank account.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack and typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank statement.
